Aeromarine will ensure that the necessary documents required for processing with Customs are available to our brokers as soon as shipments are effected to facilitate prompt clearance or exportation of cargo(s).

Import Documents:

  • Bill of Lading and or Airway Bill
  • Caricom Area Invoice
  • Suppliers Invoice (detailed list of items, unit prices and totals)
  • Packing List
  • Samples (new item(s)

Export Documents:

  • Shipment Export Form
  • Commercial Invoice

Under normal circumstances documents take approximately 1-2 working days to process with Customs. Aeromarine’s brokerage department will process documents for customs as soon as it becomes available, in this way we can proceed to Customs and address expeditiously any Customs queries that may arise.

Aeromarine provides a reporting system for your Imports and Exporting needs which can be supplied, this special reporting system allows for both the customer and Aeromarine to track and monitor all cargo(s) from start to finish.

Aeromarine personnel are accessible on a 24 hour basis in Trinidad and Overseas to deal with any emergencies or situations that may arise.
